Youth Development Opportunities

Kingston Youth Services provides opportunities throughout the year for anyone aged 18-25 years seeking to gain skills, knowledge or experience working in a youth and community setting. You will get access to support from the team to work across our programs, projects and events throughout the year.

You can expect to:

  • develop and enhance communication, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • gain experience working in a team environment
  • develop leadership skills
  • receive a reference letter to support future work opportunities.

Eligibility:

  • No qualifications in the youth sector required however as part of child safe and onboarding processes you'll need to attain a volunteer working with children check and undergo police and reference checks in line with volunteering in the City of Kingston.
  • Connected to the City of Kingston (live, work, study)
