Glitter & Glow 2025: Wrap Up

Kingston Youth Services was thrilled to host another successful Glitter & Glow event!

This year's event was hosted at Platform 81, led by With One Voice's illustrious musical conductor Kym Alexandra Dillon.

Young people attended in celebration of Kingston's youth LGBTQIA+ community, singing along to pop anthems and showing off retro costumes.

The event was a wonderful presentation of the vibrancy and joy of young people, providing inclusive opportunities for attendees to connect and express themselves. 

The night featured interactive activities and a glitter station where young people could add extra sparkle to their look with crafts, bringing even more colour and creativity to the event. Platform 81 was transformed into a vibrant space filled with music, laughter, and celebration.

Overall, Glitter & Glow 2025 highlighted the importance of connection, creativity, and visibility for LGBTQIA+ young people in Kingston, leaving everyone excited for next year’s event.
