Skate of Mind 2025: A Huge Success at Chelsea Skatepark

This year’s Skate of Mind was a huge success, bringing together over 250 young people, families, and community members at Chelsea Skatepark.

The event celebrated skate and scooter culture, with 41 competitors across both skateboard and scooter divisions showcasing their skills and passion.

With great tunes from our DJ keeping the energy high throughout the day, delicious bites from local food trucks, and the popular Bubble Tonic show entertaining younger children, the event offered something for everyone to enjoy.

Even with a little drizzle, the majority of the competition went ahead, giving young people the chance to showcase their skills in front of the crowd. The day wrapped up with a lively presentation, where prizes and giveaways were awarded to competitors.

It was a fun, community driven day and an overall huge success.
